Dr. Sadhanashree P

Dr. Sadhanashree P is an Ayurvedic physician and Panchakarma specialist, and the Founder Consultant of Arogyavardhini Ayurvedalaya, Bengaluru. Her clinical approach is firmly grounded in classical Ayurvedic principles, complemented by Yoga and enriched by the spiritual teachings of the Himalayan tradition inspired by the great yogi and philosopher H.H. Swami Rama.

Academically distinguished, Dr. Sadhanashree was awarded the prestigious Jeevaka Award by The Himalaya Drug Company for excellence during her B.A.M.S. studies and secured 2nd rank at the state level in her M.D. (Panchakarma). Beyond formal education, her deepest learning has emerged through years of hands-on clinical practice and attentive, compassionate engagement with her patients.

Panchakarma—Ayurveda’s comprehensive bio-detoxification and rejuvenation therapy—is her core area of expertise. Since founding Arogyavardhini Ayurvedalaya in 2017, she has successfully managed a wide range of chronic and lifestyle disorders through individualized Panchakarma protocols, classical Ayurvedic medicines, Yoga integration, and lifestyle modification. A certified Yoga Alliance RYT-200 teacher, as well as a certified pre-natal and post-natal yoga instructor, she brings a holistic and integrated approach to women’s health, pregnancy care, and overall wellbeing.

She holds a BAMS, MD (Ayurveda), MA (Sanskrit), and MA (Psychology), and has over 10 years of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice. Her work is guided by the core Ayurvedic principle that true health is a balanced state of the body, mind, and daily living—not merely the absence of disease.She is deeply committed to helping individuals understand their own bodies and recognize the impact of food, lifestyle, and gut health on overall well-being. Dr. Prajna is an Ayurvedic practitioner with over five years of clinical experience in Bengaluru, Karnataka. She holds a B.A.M.S. degree, an M.D. (Ayurveda), and a Diploma in Child and Adolescent Psychology, bringing together strong clinical training with a deep understanding of mental and emotional wellbeing.Dr. Prajna is guided by the belief that health is one’s greatest wealth and that every individual deserves the knowledge and confidence to take charge of their own wellbeing. Her purpose extends beyond treating illness—she focuses on helping individuals maintain balance, prevent disease, and lead fulfilling, joyful lives.She firmly believes that true healing begins with self-empowerment. By helping individuals understand their body, mind, and daily habits, she encourages active participation in their own healing journey. I have trouble swallowing capsules. Can I open them?
